Yeah I would go with the Warden too. However, Hock is somewhere up there as well.

Hock didnt know you were shepherd,im sure a guy like him wouldve thrown
a lot more at you if he did. but he was a inglorious bastard coming
after you in a military gunship.

Warden Kuril might seem to be dumb, but he was in a ship full of Blue Suns and apparently he used to be quite badass soldier himself. He definetly had a chance to win or so he thought. But too bad his men nor his skill were not enough against the legendary Shepard.

Sure, walk in with two geth instead of just keeping the door locked.

It wasn't just two geth, she also had a couple more asari commandos with her. And I don't see why that's particularly stupid in and of itself: she had numbers and there was no way out except the door behind her group. Besides: her orders were to kill Shep. You can't do that just by keeping the door closed, unless of course you're willing to wait around for Shep to die of dehydration (assuming you've found some way to render the door unhackable and/or invulnerable).
What was actually stupid was indulging in the "It's the end of line for you" thing. She shoulda just come in guns blazing. Not out of character though: she was an extremely arrogant little snot who clearly loved stuff like gloating and rubbing people's noses in their supposed failures.

I remember a thread comparing who was dumber: Kuril or Jedore. I'm pretty sure Jedore took the priiize on stupidity.
Yeah, Okeer speaks with no fondness about jedores intelligence. She's probably not the weakest, I think the vorcha are the best for cannon fodder.

I think the eclipse guard in Thanes recruitment deserves a mention. though admittedly he does smarten up if you give him the opportunity.
Definitely this guy. Just so much of what he does is just plain moronic.

Kuril, though? He practically begs you to do it. It's his ship, he has every right to have you board unarmed or not at all - but he chooses credits over safety. In response, you unleash his most dangerous prisoner - and he sticks with the "shoot at the heavily armed war hero!" plan rather than hoping you'll take the strap-wearing disaster area away from his life support systems. Having murdered your way across a high-security prison, you come face to face with him making a last stand rather than, say, evacuating the ruined ship.
Jeong was out of his depth and panicking. Kuril was suicide by Shepard.

The Thorian should be up there too. It had survived how long and couldn't comprehend the concept that Shep might have been a good guy? Or even tried to negotiate after obviously being unable to prevent Shep from killing it? I mean, after the first couple roots go down and your enemy is basicly untouched, perhaps giving peace a chance makes sense? Especially when you fired first?
A creature that survived through the galactic extinction cycle several times might have a very different view than our own. The distinction between you and Saren might be miniscule, and the time difference might be an eyeblink to the Thorian. I suspect it's just a matter of a vastly different perspective, not mere stupidity.

I was so like "wtf?". You do know you're standing in front of a giant window, right?
"You can't hurt me!" R2-D2 could hurt you right now. By rolling forward at you.

I guess he's not technically an enemy, he just hired the enemies, so no. Still, his plan was pretty stupid. Restart the facility? All by himself? With what resources? Blood Pack krogan he'd deceived into coming there?
If Shepard and Jack hadn't arrived the Blood Pack would've shot him after they'd realized there was no salvage (why they took some random guy's word that there was salvage there worth the trip is beyond me).

Not stupid, just extremely mentally scarred. He was so messed up by the experiments his mind no longer really works at all. Not his fault, and not stupidity. He just be broken.
