I've gotten through Haven and the Temple. I have even gone into the caverns in the Temple but I can't seem to find the Urn. Anyone have any suggestions on how to locate the urn?

go deeper untill u get in some cave parts of temle.. there u meet kolgrim, from there on its just following him ...
but incase u think u shouldnt get outside, after temple u get to a open mountain top, and behind it is a small dungeon which leads to the ashes

Is it where the drakes are? I fought and killed the drakes but didn/t see a kolgrim. My map also shows the caverns fully explored.

well u have a split in the cavenrhalwayy.. go north/east and u reach a feeding area where few drakes get up from behind.
but a bit back there also was a intersection here you can head left..... keep following that direction and u reach kolgrim eventually
