You don't hear the men go on and on about how every male in gaming is built like heman regardless of profession.

They aren't built like He-Man in Dragon Age, why can't women get a fair treatment in Dragon Age too?
EDIT: I also complain against He-Man proportions, especially for Gears of War. THEY HAVE NO NECK.

No, but it would be a legitimate comment. I felt that way when I read that thread this morning about the trailer Hawke not being masculine enough. That was equally wtf.Count Viceroy wrote...

So you want Hawke to have pornstar proportions?
I think people tend to forget how offensive statements like these are to women who are naturally that big, especially on the internet.
Not really, that aspect comes in because there just aren't women in real life who are that slight in other areas, and have a rack like that. It just doesn't happen without outside intervention.
You have a 24 inch waist and considerably larger assets than double E's? That's pretty rare. I truely didn't know it was possible. You know the guys will want pictures, right?

Yes, probably just as tired as the silent majority on these boards tired of seeing the vocal minority of people complaining about this issue over and over like it was the biggest thing in the world. It's a game, stylised visuals.

It clearly matters to some people. Enough to warrant seventy pages in a day. I cannot recall a thread on the DA2 forum that expanded that quickly.

I really have to agree here. Heman was a poor example perhaps, but I have to say that I greatly appreciate the eye-candy created for me in video games.
