It's the abused layman's notion of evolutionary psychology, used in forums the Internet over to "prove" that someone doesn't have to think seriously about gender issues, because it's all biology. It's about as related to science as social Darwinism is to Darwinism.

From the people who've demoed the game, I've heard Bethany, her mother and the female companion all have the same chests. This leads me to believe that's the standard body model for fems. Plus we already know Bioware likes to keep one model per gender and species.
