Ive downloaded overlord and got my copy of ME2 through the steam client. Steam says all dl content is installed or loaded straight away and ive got the receipt from bioware to say they processed the transaction etc but where the hell is the content?
I also tried to download the blood dragon armour (i have dragon age installed on my pc too so maybe its there instead) and it says i need to download it from cerebus. I don't understand how i access the content ive bought.
Ive got no emails on my private terminal in game so can someone please tell me what i need to do as its annoying me a great deal.

As long as cerberus network is registered, all your DLC's should be in Profile -> Your registered game promotions.

i had'nt actually registered Mass effect 2 but i have now and did'nt see any other content other than the blood dragon armour coming up under Mass effect 2. ive tried to reinstall that so hopefully its worked.. do i need to enter the cerebus code under register games too? ive already got the network running as i get the news feed. And i can't reedem the code as ive used it once.. a little help?

yeah it still saying that i need to be logged into cerebus but the panel is coming up on the main menu screen before i start the game so i really don't know whats going on. Steam says all dl content is automatically loaded into the game and uninstalled when u uninstall it. Really am annoyed that i can't access the content ive paid for. What the hell is going on?

Are you sure your using the same account in these forums as the one you redeemed cerberus on?
