Right ok ill be honest im pretty pissed off now. Ive logged out of the cerebus network by changing the stay logged in thing to no in the options screen in game. Ive entered my email and password to get back into Cerebus and its asked me for a redeem code. Ive then put that in the box and it says its already in use!
Are you telling me bioware that i now have to BUY a new redeem code JUST to access cerebus network? what the hell is going on? i feel well and truely ripped off now! why cant i use my old code? why is there no game content appearing in game on my DLC list?
i want my money back! who do i email!
Ok so im pretty angry now... how do i get a refund for the DLC i bought? and why..

I am officially a nugget. I have 2 emails. One for dragon age and one for mass effect 2. All dlc is in my mass effect account and also thats going to be the account i used for cerebus hence why i couldnt log in and a message came up saying the code was in use. Having uninstalled the game in a fit of rage i can only hope my save games etc are still saved in the profile. LMAO
