Hi all.
I've register thegame, and the redem code for the free armor, used the same e-mail from the game, but I cant see the armor anywere... Is there anything else I should do to have the armor available?

In the game, I login, go to the download page and theres no downloads to do, so I think something went wrong...

Also in the "registered game promotions" page, I have the Golem available (but no armor), but again, in the game theres no download to get it...

What am I doing wrong here?

Try clicking a few times on the refresh icon in the Available Content. It demanded a little patience in my case, but then downloaded fine.

i have nothing at all in all those tabs! and i payd for the deluxe edtion and did every thing they sayd you should do but noooo i have nothing at all!

I'm sory but I hit the refresh button 20 times, and still nothing... Where is the costumer support from BioWare??? the page I go when I hit the help link is a joke... The game is cool, but the service is terrible.

Take it easy. Try to rerun the armor code, but right now they seem to be working on the DLC servers, hopefully they'll fix the more important problems of Soldier's Peak, and the Stone

Maybe try to switch to the already downloaded content page.

I didn't see the armor on the downloadable content page either, but it was auto downloaded after i redeemed its code.

I have one question

I bought collectors edition

In the email I received 2 serial numbers for special armor or weapon + in the game package it says I received golem(if I am correct) + Helm, staff and some book



I do not see anything of that in the download content except golem.



The second question is: It says that once used code can not be used again.

What if my PC dies on me, or I decide to play again after a while or my windows is so messed up and I need to reinstall it.

Then what, can I still receive all those things that I payed for?!?!!!

Same problem with me. Made account, registered the game, added the content to my profile, signing in-game and no content to be seen. Even so, i do see some achievement update on my profile. Got the PC version.

I have the rest, but no Stone Prisoner. If the problem was PC specific, you could blame the different configs that PCs have. My version is on the PS3. How different do PS3s get?

I'd like to request an answer to this question too! Especially as I've now had to uninstall/reinstall the game three times. Fortunately I hadn't yet downloaded any bonus code stuff ...

Just now I have send an email to customer support about this.
In 24 hours we should have an answer and I will post it here

Your item codes are attached to your BioWare Account, not the game or the character. They will always be there.

To the OP. Not all the stuff is free in your backpack at start up. Some of it is unlocked later in game.



edit: look under your "Profile" menue for the "Registered Game Promotions" tab. And remember it takes a little while for things to show up on the Social site.

The service is bugged. Please refer to the stickies above, then send an email via offical support telling them exactly how terrible they are.



Who uses Services to update their games anyway? Geez, what the hell where they thinking?

No doubt,EA and Bioware on the dlc's services are just terrible...I bought the CE from steam,Hell I preordered the game and so far simply cannot connect with my account when playing dragon age...Every time I'm Trying to logging the same message show up "The Dragon Age Servers Could not Be contacted Please try again later"...why can't you just let us download the dlc from steam?God,the only thing they see in their eyes is money..

As I said, check the sticky at the top. At the very least you may get one or two of your things by manually downloading the product and installing it via DAUpdate.exe



That's how I got Blood Dragon Armor working, though stone prisoner claims it's "Unverified"

For the PC version (maybe others, not sure how they work), make sure that you are logged in after starting the game. I was having DLC issues (didn't show up after redeeming the code on the Bioware social site) until I clicked on the Log In button at the bottom left of the Downloadable Content screen. Signed in and boom - downloads began immediately.

wtf!?!

Not to mention that there is no sign of my collector's edition armor, accessories etc. I think I have 3 or 5 things

you have to activate the codes on this site for them to install... Warden's Keep is NOT included in the Collector's Edition Box
