Im back and just finished the DLC and have to say that it was AWEASOME!!!
Also, I never mentioned it but modified posts won't be validated, sorry. Your right mjkjets, timj2011 cheated... cheated himself out of the Terminus code that is (laughs evily Shadow Broker style).

Just reviewed all the posts and I laughed my ass off reading the crack-pot answears you people posted, but in the end, fellow forumite Tamcia answeared at least partially correctly on who the shadow really was. now, we all found out who shadow broker is. it was very unexpected. but I mentioned here before. it was rarely unknown organic creature. but we don't really know original shadow broker. because that yarg killed previous shadow broker, and took over that job. now, Liara, shepard killed him. Liara took over that job. finally, Liara is a shadow broker. what an irony.

"A previously unknown character" is certainly not a crackpot theory. It's like betting the field, which is legitimate, is it not? It's even more accurate than the winning answer which specifically stated that the original AI is in fact the current Shadow Broker - which is false.
Edit: How about honorable mention for cleverest anwer?

I didn't know you were serious on your post. i thought it was a joke. Still, the AI thing was wrong, but not the other thing. His the closest anyone got, so he won.
