This is not a steam or digital download copy, I have the DVDs.
THe game runs fine and as I said I have installed other DLCs.
Any ideas?

I have installed other DLCs with no problems, but I just bought Overlord and I get this message when I try to install it.

I had exactly the same problem with my steam version of ME2 and installing the aegis dlc..
Apperently I had recently veryfied the integrity of my cache and then defragged it a bit, but I hadn't started the game afterwards.
After running the launcher once and the configuration utility the installation went without a problem
