Hope this is the correct forum to ask this question.

I heard you can raise it to tier 8(Even 9) in Awakening? is it possible or just false information?

If it's possible how do you raise it to Tier 8 or 9?

I'm not sure if this is true with the console version, but I *know* it's not in PC. Caelin's set is stuck/capped at tier 7.
