Ok let me check if i'm the only one still having this issue.
Bought the game on the 5th of his month, and activated it on the 6th (yes i'm from EU).
decided to buy the digital deluxe edition from the EA online store.
As of today i still haven't recieved the redeem code for the DLC, but of course the money has already left my bank account .
Adding that so far, also the question sent/posted on the support page hasn't been answered.
Honestly i'm starting to feel a bit cheated
