Okay I will try to be brief. I had removed the game from the PC. The reason being some of the DLC was not working and I was advised this would help it. I lost the product key for the game and contacted EA customer support for a seperate one.

I am loggged in with my yahoo id and I should have all the DLC expect the last two. However it's not showing any under "installed content" or even "open to buy DLC" is not showing. No DLC is showing has been installed or an option to buy any DLC under "downloadable content"
