I have accidentally bought bioware points and downloaded some ME2 dlc with an account that I created a long time ago, even though I am normally using a different account. Now I can't access the dlc properly any more, as part of it is under one account, and one particular one under another account name. Is there anything that can be done to fix this?

You will have to contact EA support and then prove to them that both accounts are yours then they should be able to transfer everything across to one account.
