Persona/Account Linking Problem

So, I have my EA account all set up properly. My default Persona being my current gamertag (Jackumzz).

It's linked to my account on here. When I go to "Redeem Code" it has my current gamertag;

My EA account also has my current gamertag as its Default Persona;

The problem is, when I go "My Games > Dragon Age Origins - Xbox 360", and it takes me to my Player Profile, it has my old gamertag. (I recently changed my gamertag name. It's still the same account, just with a different name now)

Then I can press "click her to view this user's other play profiles", and it comes up with my current gamertag name;

When I click it, the page refreshes, but it still says "Jackums16's Player Profile", and it has all of my old characters and statistics.

I also recently changed my Gamertag's "Windows Live ID" to a different email. Does this have to match my EA account's email?

Have you played since you changed the name of your Gamertag?

Your WLive ID should not figure into it.

I have, yes. My achievements seem to update fine. But it's still displayed as "Jackums16's Player Profile" and doesn't update my characters.

I've also changed my gamertag's windows live ID to match the others. So:

EA Account Email: Jackums15@hotmail.com
Gamertag Windows Live ID: Jackums15@hotmail.com
BioWare Email Log-in: Jackums15@hotmail.com

Everything is the same now. Everything should be working as far as I know. My entitlements page also has the "Staff of Parthalan" displayed. I'm hoping this problem doesn't affect that, but it seems all okay since it shows my gamertag correctly on my entitlements page:

Still though, not updating my characters or "Statistics".

I've found characters and statistics section to be buggy myself. it randomly updates itself as it pleases but there's no rhyme or reason that I can see. It's updated some characters several times, but other characters it seems to ignore. I just shrug and say 'oh well' myself.

Mine hasn't updated since 2009, so I'm assuming there's some sort of problem. :/

But the achievements seem to update fine, as far as I can see.

I can't delete characters from my profile either. It comes up with the message:

"Unable to connect to the on-line storage server."

Really wanna fix this. It's been well over 6 months now. I can't upload my own avatars for the forums either because of this.

I just used the character creator and logged into my account using my email that's linked to my EA account/gamertag (Jackums15@hotmail.com). Then after creating a character, I clicked "Online Profile" and it opened my "Jackumzz" (current gamertag) player profile on here, but there were no characters, achievements, statistics- anything.

So basically, it's updating my achievements on my old gamertag name (Jackums16), but not updating my characters at all. Then it doesn't even seem to realize that my current gamertag (Jackumzz) is the one I've been using this whole time.

Note; it's the same gamertag, I just changed it from Jackums16 --> Jackumzz a while ago.
