usually I play through without any guides or anything and role play with the male first. Then I turn uber-completionist and min/max with the female character.

I'm not seeing a ponytail on her from what I saw while watching the ustream. In some of the stills you can't see the back of her head but she turns around a few times in the demo and I saw no ponytail.

But I haven't really decided this upon seeing her default appearance; I'd planned to make my own Hawke from the beginning.

Male protagonists just aren't interesting enough to make me play them if I have the option of playing something else.
Male protagonists can use a plate armor and two handed sword properly, so it's more interesting to play such a character for the hero of Kirkwall.

This woman who practises a two-handed sword style in real life has absolutely no idea what you're talking about. :innocent:Jotun35 wrote...

By the way, I'm male and I think I couldn't play a female character properly and... Well, it won't change de story a lot so...

Hum... All the Magisters of the Tevinter Imperium was male, so a good mage must be a male ?

Really. Really? Are you now?
Considering all mages have the exact same stats, male or female, it doesn't make a lick of difference. It has more to do with a patriarchal society.
