Since Alistair could become king and lock Anora up, can you do the same? Just wondering what will happen if you and anora plan to wed but shortly after that you killed Loghain in the duel...
Can you become king without Anora?

No, I don't think so.

So what will happen if you kill Loghain? Anora calls of the wedding and insists you to be executed?

If your PC kills Loghain she refuses to marry you (so no kingship).
In order to marry Anora you have to either have an Unhardened Alistair kill Loghain or you can spare Loghain. If you spare him, you lose Alistair and turn Loghain into a GW. You can still marry Anora under either of these conditions.
Once the game is over, you get to be prince-consort (not King) but thats as much as you get. She's Queen and your wife.

If you had planned to marry Anora and kill Loghain at the Landsmeet she will refuse to marry you. You can still choose between her and Alistair for a ruler. No one will attempt to lock you up or have you executed.

If you are consort and Alistair kills Loghain, Anora can't execute him yes?

Anora will only call for Alistair's execution if Loghain lives.

So if I spare Loghain and I am consort, Alistair dies?

You can still convince Anora not to kill Alistair.

You lose Alistair no matter what if you spare Loghain. But you can choose to exile him or allow Anora to execute him. Regardless of what you choose, spare Loghain or kill him, you are not going to be executed yourself. But if you kill Loghain yourself she will refuse to marry you. Then you have to either put Alistair or Anora on the throne alone.

If you spare Loghain with the intention of marrying Anora, Anora will call for his execution (as others have said). However, you can ask for him to be spared as a boon. In that instance, she will ask him to renounce any claim to the throne and he will leave Fereldan. If hardened, he'll just get on a boat and go. If unhardened, you may get something in the epilogue about a drunk Alistair being spotted in the Free Marches (leading to lots of excitement over whether he'll turn up in DA2).
