As for a reverse star wars....so does that mean if Bethany isn't really part of the family... Carvers real twin..IS HAWKE?!?! Or is Carver a herpderp prince of derp.

Well if Hawke were to turn out to be Carver's twin, it would explain the need for the beard, Mama Hawke told Garret that he'd have to grow one because they both just got confused and kept fainting whenever they saw each other.

Sounds a lot more useful than stockpiling Deep Mushrooms and Elfroot.....

So we'll like her is why!  Plus, I don't think I'd *get* her as a character I should care about if she had one of about four faces that deviate very little from presets a la DAO.

So what do we think of Bethany's outfits so far?, I quite like the refugee outfit but I'm less keen on the mage robes, which to me look a bit like an old ladies dressing gown.



I hope we get a choice of more than two outfits for each character, I am given hope that each outfit does look different and not just a re-skin like in ME2.

I like both of the outfits that I've seen so far. Especially the one that has chain mail on it, that's an awesome detail in my mind.

I prefer her in mage robes. The design is a step up from what it was in Origins, and her chest is not as prominently displayed. The other outfit looks weird to me with that chainmail apron. I am also not too fond of the low cut plunging neckline.

I actually like this mage robe, at least from the angle I've seen it. I do agree, the refugee outfit has an allure to it (and I'm not *just* talking about the neckline, cut me a break here ). I guess I'm just sold on the idea of not having everyone running around in carbon copies of the outfit half of the Free Marches is already wearing. I like the idea of distinct costumes for each character.

If what we've seen for Bethany is any indication, I'd say no, they aren't just re-skins. I wouldn't count on more than two or possibly three, especially if each costume has tweakable options (maybe the upgrade system affects more than raw stats?).

Bethany bears a mild resemblance to Hermione Granger... I like her already...

Unfortunately, she is a sister of the player character, but I hope for some inter-NPC romances! They would be fun to watch.
