Yeah, Varric is putting his own 'twist' on the story. Makes you wonder what other kinds of exaggurations he will be telling Cassandra.

Varric's exaggeration is quite amusing, I do however wonder if there was a redesign for the standard Bethany following the "outrage" related to her first pictures, with the the Varric section further enhanced for amusement, I found the first ones okay but I certainly would have found these preposterous.

And I don't think BW would care that much about fans raging about Beth's size as fans have raged even more for lesser stuff (I find it hilarious though )

I'm actually ashamed I didn't realise such a MASSIVE, LIFE CHANGING surgery for Bethany there. I wonder if any other females get implants for any other exaggerations. I'm thinking Merrill might get one. Or should that be two? We don't want a lop sided Merrill.

Indeed, family dynamic is far too uncommon in games in general I feel.

When I first found out about the character I rerally wanted to do this, one being primarily a fire mage and the other ice, alas this isn't to be.  Stupid, Sexy Imaginary Sisters of Destruction

We are by far the smallest.  The six main companions beat us by hundreds of pages, Bethany's twin is beating us too.  Even the DLC companions is beating us. 

However we are coming to a landmark.  We are almost to twenty pages!  :happy:

Yeah, that was my original idea for a character.  Oh well. I'm still looking forward to Bethany the most...though I can't help feeling intimidated by the other companion threads, lol.

Honestly I'm interested to see the family relationship between Hawke and his sister. It's too bad I can't have her with me for a mage play through a sort of spellcasting siblings thing. But on a different play through it'll be interesting to see what part she plays in the whole story. From what we've seen so far she seems an alright character. Doesn't have any love for Templars, but when you're a mage and they're hunting you it's to be expected. In fact I'm sure her and Anders will get along rather well.

I'm certain there'll be a day 1 mod that switches Bethany's model with Varric's exaggerated one and I'll be the first to download it. Hopefully a Bethany wincest romance mod follows!

I saw that in the leaked demo gameplay (the HD one), we can see Bethany's ability trees but so far I didn't notice any that seemed unique to her. What could it be? I guess something fire related as in the cinematics she always uses fire.

There was a lot of trolls in the thread of Merrill. Answers, answers cons, many trollage. It is unfortunate indeed, a topic of support is not made for that, I hate when people do that. To spread their hatred.

If I dislike a character, I'm not going to spoil the enthusiasm of someone in a topic dedicated support. It's really childish.
