That said, I don't want her to be another Morrigan. As much as I loved her she had some pretty ridiculous ideas on society and morality. I forgave it because Flemeth was her role model growing up. I'd like to think my Hawke has had some impact on Bethany's views on the world, whatever they may be at this point.

Agreed, from a male perspective, I'd like to be her brother not her dad with regard to dictating relationships, as a roleplaying experience I'd rather have her pro-act my interaction than react to it.
