Ever since I had to reinstall Mass Effect 2 on a new computer, I haven't been able to access my cerberus account. The lack of actually being able to log into the existing account ingame instead of just being able to either redeem or buy a new cerberus key is really annoying me now, because I can't access any DLC ever until I get this fixed.
Is there anyone I can talk to about replacing my cerberus key?

Did you input the email address and password for your EA account that you associated with your original Cerberus account?
Do you connect to Cerberus at all when you start up ME2?

Yes I did use the same email and password and it doesn't work. I can't connect to cerberus because it lacks a real login option.

Call 650-628-4306 or 866-543-5435 to talk to an EA representative. If you accidentally associated a different email account with Cerberus than your EA Account, you can ask them to merge the two.
