So yea, as the title says, what do you think of her?

She is a very intelligent Mage, thats for sure, but at the end I realized that she might actually be manipulating the entire party from the start...which is kinda annoying since kinda liked her character...and if you choose to let her have a  "god like" baby as "her mother planned for her from the start" then 2 things comes to my mind:
1. there is an expansion where the baby becomes the new archdemon
2. Morrigan and Flemeth were both stitching the plan from the first day and then for some greedy reason Morrigan decides to eliminate her mom...or did she...

anyway I might be wrong...but well what do you think?

In the sequel, Morrigan's god-like child will fight against the meteoric child in EPIC BATTLES across Fereldan.

I loved her character personally but gotta wonder how you could be surprised about her manipulating everyone from word go.

It was obvious, but if thats not enough, Flemth tells you as much when you face off with her and Morrigan fills in the blanks when she talks about god child.

LOL, guessing shes manipulating people after all that seems like your kinda in denial about her :) heh

Anyways, great character, the banter between her and Allistar had me in stitches for a good portion of game!

I haven't reached the ending yet. So based on what I know - even though I have a clear idea of what will happen to her in the ending - I think she is interesting. To put it in one word.

She seems to be rather intellectual, which I like, and has some interesting remarks. Beyond that I also think she's very annoying due to her selfishness and total lack of respect for people in need of help. In one way I agree with her, but in the other I disagree a lot.

Right now I have the feeling there is something hidden about her, which I'm trying to figure out. I mean she asked me to kill her own mother, which I agreed upon merely because I want to talk to Flemeth and see what the deal is here. But something just strikes me as a little odd about her, which will most likely be part of the whole 'dramatic ending'.

If I'd start a relationship with her or Leliana? I can't tell yet. Trying to find out as much I can about them before I start that long road.

As me, I sympathised with her at first and respected her viewpoints even if I didn't like them, as I'm generally easy going and usually can see things from their point of view, but then she started grating on me and revealed herself to be a hypocrite to me, which is one of the few things I can't stand in people.

However, I actually admire the writers for getting to feel this way about a character, and goes to show how well they have developed her. Hell, it even caused character development for my character when my human noble stopped being naive and became more stern, forthright and uncompromising in his ideals because of her (though I doubt Morrigan herself would have wanted that). So a good character, but a total ****.

Morrigan is a wild creature (she was raised in the Wilds away from most humans after all), full of manipulation and mischief. Life has taught her, that the only real person she can rely on, is herself which explains a lot of her behavior towards others. She just sees them as a means to an end (even the main character), as a means to achieve her own goals, despite the fact that she is curious of them and intrigued by their actions, morals and thoughts. I do believe that after you decide to romance/befriend her, at some point she actually does start to have genuine feelings for the main character, but she is afraid of them and ends up burying them. She is most definetely a very interesting and misunderstood character (and to be honest, the same can be said for most of the companions).

What do I think of Morrigan? Bioware has finally managed to write a convincing anti-hero. She's great.

My character and Morrigan are going to run off into the wild and raise a whole clan of Nietzschean übermenschen after the game ends.

If she wasn't on your side she would be the coolest arch enemy... But when she IS on your side she's the coolest companion... I guess in this case you can't call her "friend"!!! :P

she is...complicated, she doesn't have to tell you alot of the things she does in the romance, if she is the love interest she doesn't have to tell you what she her plans are, she is manipulative, nieve, pragmatic, vulnerable, arrogant, insecure, and just well... the most 'human' character I have encountered in a game.

She is the viper in my party that is better to hold near me, then cast out where she will do more damage then I can control. - At least that is the attitude I took with her from the very beginning.

She was too cruel to Alistair. Didn't really like her. Also, that god-like baby? I denied her that. Since it was Flameths idea to begin with, nothing good would come from it.

She is the best character in the game. My favorite. And if you experience love with her, then you will find that she isn't simply manipulating things. She genuinely loves the PC and is sad about it. She is an awesome cahracter.

Well i can say that the ending made me really sad! :( But and Da2 or a exp to the game where you will find her and a new threat is comming would make my day so much better right now. As i picked on the ending i said i would hunt her down no matter what! so give me an expansion to do it ^^

I like her. No, irl I wouldn't have anything to do with woman like that. I do like how well written she is and Claudia Black makes them that much more easy to listen too.

Sometimes I hate myself for almost always playing the generic do-gooder-willing-to-die-for-mabari-crunch-statue-of-light-and-goodness. Of course I ended up with the French tongue tickler Liliana while Alistair was out in the bushes practicing his pike skills-

…I got to 100% with Morrigan and Liliana both, but sad to say I had to give Morrigan the cold shoulder. I loved almost every conversation with her, and hated almost every line with Liliana. Personally I love the voice acting on Morrigan, I like her snide and hurtful remarks. I’ll play the game again I think, and just for once complete it like your normal-shades-of-gray person would- a righteous jerk in search of power all the way…

Morrigan here I come, let’s pick on Alistair together. Can’t wait to play through the game with Morrigan scheming behind my back.

She is a manipulative, selfish, power hungry, evil ****. I haven't explored the options much, but if there was a choice to kill her, I would.
