 Getting ready to leave Lothering, but am wondering if I should buy up all the recipes and plans from the merchants (e.g., my party can't make traps yet, but plan to later).  Buy now, or are they all available later at other merch's?

 I remade my character and just played through this area myself and I bought most of the recipes in these areas I could find for this reason.  I am not sure how many but some of them definitely are sold by multiple vendors.  One example is the Concentrated Deathroot Venom (I think that's what it is called anyway).  I am pretty sure I have seen this recipe on multiple vendors, including the one in Lother
