But why are they releasing concept art for stuff if it isn't even going to appear in-game? Should we also expect concept art for the new unicorn mount?ShadyKat wrote...
Well in all fairness they just showed concept art of them. That didn't mean we would see any in DA2. But like he said if people keep asking we will see on in DA3. Until then i'm still hoping to see some female aliens in ME3.slimgrin wrote...
This is lame. Why wouldn't they include female Qunari? I was hoping to have one as a teammate.
No female qunari?

Not to go into the dirty details but wouldn't a relationship between a male qunari and a female human be a bit...difficult. I mean they're twice our size and I'm guessing that applies to the "reproductive organs", would seem a bit unhealthy on the human.PARTIMEDWARF wrote...
I really wanted to see one well lets hope we have a male qunari companion if possible a romance in DA2
Once you go qunari, you won't be sorry.
Ahem, anyway. if qunari females aren't soldiers then it's really not surprising we wouldn't see any of them outisde of qunari lands (although I guess this means we won't be going to any qunari lands in DA2).

Anyway I don't expect we'd see any Qunari females. Unless they are there as scribes or some such.
Which would be very strange to see come to think of it. A Qunari trader was odd enough, but a Qunari scribe? With horns even.

But like Saibh, I doubt Gaider was using that technicality to trick us. I refuse to get my hopes up.

We saw tons of Tal-Vashoth in DAO, it's not that unreasonable.

He's generally very good about being very vague, but not lying to or misleading us. I don't think I can recall a specific scenario where he used technicalities to trick us.

A dev has clarified that Sten was yanking Morrigan's chain in the conversation I think you guys are referring to.

Well sten did say that female qunari could not be mages or warriors or the like.
No, there are female mages. Just that, when a Qunari becomes a mage they stop being a person. Ergo, no 'women' mages.

Wait, what? I've never seen a female turian.

Why is it that, when I google female turian, Thane pops up.
This is very disconcerting.

That first one is literally named "female turian".
So...I don't know. They were confused. Turians are known for their effeminate lips, after all.

But I do remember Garrus mentioning female turians, and the mass effect wiki states that the females are on their home planet for some reason.

I saw concept art of a naked turian, and it was enlightening (that hunch thing is a part of their bodies?). Also convinced me I never want to see Garrus naked.
I've seen some pretty good fanart of female turians, ones that make sense--like them not having leg spurs and having a thicker, "more supportive" waist--and hopefully they appear in the last game.
