Basically, what games will you guys play to keep you entertained until ME3 comes out?
I'm just curious as to what will keep your video game needs sated until the sequel.
For me, its going to be DLC content, Gears 3, Crysis 2 and Dead Space 2.
What will hold you over until ME3?

For me it's going to be DAO and all of the DLC. I haven't played DAO since ME2 was released and I'm waiting until Witchhunt DLC is out (the final DAO DLC) before I play it again. It's going to consume alot of my time and will be epic, because I haven't played ANY of the DLC.
I'll be playing
DAO Campaign
Return to Ostagar
Shale
Wardens Keep
Darkspawn Chronicles
Leliana's Song
DAO Awakenings
Witch Hunt

I'll probably be replaying ME1 and ME2. I have several Shepard's planned out, and I'm retconning one I already finished ME2 with (didn't like the character development I had for her).
I might also be playing the DLC BioWare puts out for ME2. But it depends. Lair of the Shadow Broker is awesome. After that, I'm saving my points until BioWare develops DLC to expand upon Ashley and Kaidan's character development.
I likely won't buy DA II right after release, depending on school schedule.
I recently made a couple Xbox purchases: Star Wars: Republic Commando; Half-Life 2; Devil May Cry 4; Prince of Persia, so those should also keep me busy. There's a new game shop in town that allows you to buy/sell/trade games, so I might see what gems they have there.
I will likely hook up the old GameCube and play Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem (also featuring Jennifer Hale's awesome voice acting
).
If I pass those in no time...I will do an Xbox swap with my dad. He has BioShock (1 & 2), Fable (1 & 2), Assassin's Creed, Halo 3, and I think some war games.

Dragon Age Ultimate Edition on Xbox - I need to prepare legacy imports for DA2.
ME2 DLC and the ME2 expansion pack that BW has yet to announce.
Jade Empire
KOTOR
SWTOR (beta) if it comes out before ME3
Yes, I only play Bioware games... I'll probably play Fallout Vegas and Fable3. Not sure if either of those games will get a purchase or just a rental. Time will tell.

Medal of Honor, Bad Company 2, Dragon Age Origins (Awakening and DLC), Mass Effect, Mass Effect 2, Dragon Age 2, Star Wars the Old Republic, Crysis 2, Dead Space 2 and maybe Deus Ex Human Revolution...
I just realised that most of those games are some how associated with EA... Awkward. =P

I will be playing Witch Hunt, then Lair of the Shadow Broker.
Might try a two-handed or sword/board run for Dragon Age Orirings/Awakening/DLC (since war's can no longer be duel-wiled in DA2)
Then I need to do a renegade run for ME1&2.
Then my friend is trying to get me into first person shooters (because currently I hate them). He introduced me to Mass Effect and Farscape so as far as I'm concerned his word is divine.
Because of this I will be playing Fallout 3 (because it has RPG elements), then Bioshock, then whatever catches my fancy after-that if I find myself liking the genre.
Then I still have KOTOR that I got off of steam but have only played 90 minutes of. I want to play Baldur's Gate II again. And I'm thinking of getting Jade Empire for PC off of steam.
I'm horribly unemployed (if anyone know's of jobs for an anthropologist PM me! Please, I beg you!) so I have a lot of time on my hands.
In between all those games I will be working on the Tau army I just started for Warhammer 40,000. Then finishing my Skaven army for Warhammer fantasy.
So my schedule is pretty booked lol.

Assuming it comes out in 2012, i'll be busying myself with:
Deus Ex: Human Revolution
Duke Nukem Forever (It's finally coming out! It's the apocalypse!)
Fallout: New Vegas (So much this. I will be living and breathing this game)
With those, classes and work it will be a busy year indeed.

Mostly ME2 replays, since only my Mass Effect fix will need holding over. At other points I'll be working on finishing Conviction, probably a co-op WaW Veteran run with a roommate. Maybe make myself try to get through Dragon Age.

I love that game!
I will probably be replaying ME and ME2, finishing Persona 4, Syberia, and Steambot Chronicles, and then maybe doing Tales of Vesperia or Bioshock. Haven't decided there.

Fable 3, FO Las Vegas, DA2. All have me pretty pumped. Plus there is a new DLC for ME2 after this upcoming one and I think it will be pretty major.
And more than enough RL stuff to keep me busy, of course. If I had endless times for video games, I might get into TOR but I don't. /sigh
