You win! Yes, Canada was already part of the US(or whatever they called it), and mexico was joining. A few mexicans were pissed, so they tried to blow up the statue of liberty, and most of them died in the process

Can't say that I do, the only Salarian, aside from Mordin, I remember speaking to, was the clerk at the electronics shop, and he wasn't angry.
