Nope. I'll give you a hint. Both of the sides that voted reached an odd number of votes, so the programs that abstained must be an odd number as well

Ok I took out my calculater and did some math. I know the difference was very small, and I'm confident one number was 583. I subtracted that from 1183 and got 600. I then subtracted 585 and got 15. I know thats not it, but I'm sure I'm damn close.

you were close. It was 573 vs 571. 39 did not vote. you were very close though, good memory
