I recently used the code i received with ME2 to activate Cerberus Network. Activation was successful and I was able to login. The dlcs are displayed in-game in the main menu screen. But i can't seem to figure out how to access all the free dlc that was promised. Help pls?

You have to download the installers from this site and run them, there's no in-game way like with DA.
Profile -> Your registered game promotions
Make sure you log in again the next time you run the game after installing all the DLC. (If you have automatic log-in enabled now, which I seem to recall is the default, you won't have to remember.)
