Hi there,
I've recently installed ME1 and ME2 on my shiny new PC. I'm currently playing through ME1 and I'm just wondering if it is possible to seperate the keybindings for stormand use in ME2 so that I can set them to be the same as ME1?

Yes, but it requires an understanding of editing the coalesced.ini file safely.
You should visit Modding is Possible II and read the first post (at least) to get a handle on doing so.
Worth keeping in mind too, is that by separating storm from the shared_action that is mapped to spacebar by default, you will have to pick a separate key to storm with, and that key can only be set by editing the coalesced.ini.
You won't be able to change your 'storm key' in the in-game bindings screen.
If you're having trouble you can always ask for help in that modding thread. Just be sure to tell them what keys you want to use and what region your ME2 version is (International, french, spanish, whatever) so they can deal with localizedbinding headaches.
