I explain my trouble. I was very kind with everyone in my party, gift, quest and all, but everyone now think im in love with allistair (playing as female). The poor lad wants to offer me a rose, and ask for more. But i never said i was interested... Now i can't be with leliana, she ask me about me and allistair if i talk with her (no choice to telling her i don't care about him), and if i say "it's ends here" or "i don't feel the same" to the boy, she doesn't care. Instead of talking me about allistair she talk the usual things. She is at 100 and "friendly"... Even wynne talk about me and allistair...
I remember a moment she start singing with my main toon (male), even if he was with morrigan, and being rejected by her telling me "you already have someone in your life".
I feel a bit disapointed, i just wanted to be friendly... Is there a way to cold mister allistair and have a romance with leliana ?

If she hasn't forced you to choose and you haven't actually slept with Alistair, then theoretically, yes it is possible to still romance her. Just make sure you end anything you may have with Alistair (or he THINKS you may have with him) first.
Offer her the flowers she likes (can be found in the Brecilian Forest amongst other places) and generally wander the world around with her in your party. Eventually, if you have high approval with her, you will get a "random encounter" where assasins send by Marjolane will target her, which will unlock her personal quest. Deal with her mistress for her in any way you want, be nice to Leliana and eventually she will accept you.

I already done the marjolaine quest, and end the "relation" she though i have with alistair (earning a -20from him 
). I offered the flower thereafter, and now she is 100 with me, but just friendly. I tried with zhevran to see if i could have a relation with him, and it worked. I hope it's not come from the fact we need to improve the relationship to have the romance, because she is already at 100, and it will be too late.

You missed your shot at Leliana, same thing happened to me with my human noble. Leliana has a few specific dialogue things you have to do the first chance you get them or you lose the change to romance her forever.

Bioware makes this mistake you speak of a couple times in game!
I played a male human noble and because im polite and freindly to that panty waist of a kid visiting he actually tries to hit on me. FOR WHAT? BEING POLITE? SPARE ME!
There should be a option to run my sword (the real metal one) through the little powder puff right there and then for insulting my sexuality and manhood.
Anyways, Bioware seems to mistake manners with sexual interest in this game and thats kinda disappointing to be honest!
I know I intentionally stopped building influence with Zavran when it became appearent hes yet anouther powder puff option.
Why does being polite and freindly have to mean anymore then its intended?
That is a definate draw back to this game and something Bioware should fix for ANY future RPG (Not just DA line of games).
You should have to intend to romance to unlock the romance by doing romantic (again, not just freindly acts). Like giving a rose is romantic, finding a pair of Antarian shoes is not.

heh the same thing here
Was playing human noble, she sang a song, I kissed here, got approval to 100 but nothing happened. What did happen was that Zevran kept hitting on me, although I just gave him gifts and asked about training skills and some antigan crow stuff.
In my second playthrough (now playing) I'm playing same noble humanm same spec (1h+shield) - yes I still love it and when I completed the circle of mages (my first zone from possible after the village) I gave a couple of gifts to morrigan spoke to her and slept with her - it was very easy. I read the leliana complains after that, but she did not, no one made any comments so far.
On side note - yeah I'm gonna chose the same choices probably, since I'm happy with what I chose in first time and not after achievements.

I think I may have missed my shot too. I got the song, she is at 100, but I was romancing Morrigan. Right now my save is where I have to pick between the two, but even if I pick Leliana, nothing ever happens there.
Which just makes it more of a challenge the next playthrough, as im going to go for the foursome.

There are a couple conversations with Leliana where it helps to pick the line that asks if she enjoys the company of other women. After the Marjolaine quest you should say "She was special to you wasn't she?"

Have you asked her if she feels better about her former mentor? If you follow the dialogue path through that set(one of the things I remember you have to say is "You really loved her, didn't you?"), one of the options should be something along the lines of "I hope I am as important as she was to you someday" and if your favor is high enough, she'll tell you she loves you. Assuming you aren't in a relationship with anyone else.
