Yesterday I patched to 1.01. I was able to play a saved game after that and played for many hours. This morning I started up the game, not only got this weird system freeze twice in a row, but the third time I got the game to run properly, and now the "Load Game" option is not available on the menu. It's there, just not highlightable. My save games are physically sitting in the Bioware folder...
This a new bug as a result of the patch perhaps?

Uninstalled and reinstalled the original game, save games still can't load...
I looked physically at the folders that exist for both my characters and each save game folder, according to windows explorer, is empty...
