I’m playing mass effect (PAL English version, on a PAL original xbox, italian based) and I have recently download from xbox marketplace the two DLCs “Bring down the sky” and “Pinnacle station” (English version, not the italian, because I have the english version of the game).
 
I am experiencing a really incredible problem: the two DLCs are correctly installed but when I go on the “Extra” section on the game (Downloadble contents) I can’t see the title of the DLC, just the two boxes and the two pictures.

Moreover, in the game, when I try to go to the Asgard system (Bring down the sky DLC) I cannot read the name of the planets and travel onto them. E.g., asgard is the exodus cluster, I go in the exodus cluster and when I’m inside I see the asgard system but not the name “asgard” (the other planet in the exodus cluster, Utopia, can be seen). However I can move into the asgard system but when I’m in, there four planets with no names or possibility to land.

In conclusion, it seems the DLCs have no names, writings and possibility to play them.

I’ve searched through the internet but it seems a really unique problem. I also tried to uninstall and reinstall them (both together and separately) but nothing is changing.
I also thought to download the italian version but I’ve aleady paid 800MSP for something that is not working so I’m really thinking about it.
The xbox service said they cannot do nothing at the moment.

Hope you have some clue. I'm really going crazy (also because i can ruin my 100% completion for achievements)

problem solved.

i changed the language and local settigns on the xbox.
