I'm from the UK and when I initially installed and registered the game, I selected 'France' for my location because I could not find an option for England or UK. And I didnt think it mattered....

I have just tried to buy some Bioware points, and my paypal account and credit card have been refused, because they are not registered to a french address.

So, is there a way to change location settings for my account?
