Okay, I am and have always been a loyal Liara fan. I was initially very concerned about her role in ME2. I was a little frustrated along with a host of you all when we seen how she is portrayed in ME2. Now I have asked for Liara DLC and lo and behold BioWare has come through. I cannot say whether it was because of our requests/cries/begging or not, but I can say THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am jumping the gun as I obviously have not played it yet, but I have high hopes and the simple fact that BioWare has come through with it, I am extremely grateful.

THANK YOU BIOWARE!!!!


I will return with my review of the LotSB once I am done. Yet BioWare, you do indeed listen to your fans.

If anyone feels the way I do, please join in on the THANKS to BioWare!

If this DLC is EPIC story wise as it relates to Liara, I will designate Sept 7th LIARA DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

EDIT: Okay that was the single most enjoyable DLC I have ever experienced in my life. Liara is back and more beautiful as ever. Her character is now fixed in my eyes. She is wonderful!

BioWare you have outdone yourselves with this one!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!

I agree, I am with you on that. I want an Ash/Kaiden one now. I just really had to give my gratitude because I felt so slighted with the ME2 Liara situation. It is really good to finally get the bottom of a few things in this DLC.

I am certainly in the VS crowd.

Meh, think I've learned enough by this point to hold my thanks till after folks have played it.  If folks in the Liara thread that I trust absolutely rave about it maybe I'll pick it up and give it a try.  Not holding my breath though.

Lol, people always find a reason to complain...I agree with mashavasilec, I bet people will rip Bioware if Liara isn't a perm squadmate with loyalty mission, unique research upgrade, alt. outfit and one, wait two (if Kasumi can get two, so can teh epic blues!!!) unique power...



But I'm looking forward to the DLC, but whatever it is there'll be nerd fallout...I don't doubt it'll be quality though.

Some people may do that, but I am not one of them. All I need is a great story, wonderful LI reunion dialog and *actions* as well as the awesomeness that BioWare is capable of delivering and I am happy. If Liara is killable, then I'll be cool with it as long as I can control whether that happens or not. I highly doubt she will be perma-killed though. Either way, I also just want some things explained as to her personality alterations and I'm good.

It more than likely was not. This was most likely thought of from the beginning.

This would be insanely difficult to do, as they would need to do double the work. I mean, Liara didn't die. Making a DLC that is specific to a decision made in the full game? I'm not saying it can't be done or whatever, but it is very unlikely.

There is a saying: Small acts, when multiplied by millions of people, can transform the world.

We obviously aren't millions, but seeing as how many people actually support the idea of a VS DLC, it will probably happen in no time.

Mind you, Witch Hunt, the Morrigan DLC, is the result of pure fan requests.

It is. But people kept asking for a DLC regarding tracking down Morrigan, so here it is.

Just because people wanted it does not mean that is the reason it exists. I highly doubt David Gaider and his staff of writers would change the entire storyline of Dragon Age for fanservice.

Snap, and the same with this DLC (LoTSB), I think it was planned already, if they listened to popular demand the ME games would suck...
