Elves are treated very bad in both games because humans are the Dominant species in their respective worlds.
And what has the voice-over got to do with anything? Mass Effect has a voice-over what does that mean?That it was influenced by the Witcher>
Anyways in Dragon Age 2 you will be able to choose your gender customise your appereance choose your class where as in the Witcher you are Geralt of Rivia have no choice on your class look gender NOTHING.
Also the art direction of Dragon Age 2 is nothing like the Witcher

And here you prove you know nothing about the Witcher.
Geralt is not born with special powers or anything like that.
Its his training and the test of the Witchers during his childhood at Kaer Morhen.
Also from what we know only the mage will have spells because Bioware has said like 20 thousand times that all classes will have a very distinct feel.And Hawke is not the chosen one there is no ancient prophecy to fulfil and no ancient evil to defeat.It is about his/hers lifeand rise to power in Kirkwall
