Nah, ... when the Reapers show up, I'll tell him completely coldhearted: "Told you so." and then go on to save the day. At least my main-canon Shepard will do.
My Renegade Shepard will simply tell him "So, ... now that this is settled ... dismiss this!" *draws gun and shoots him nonchalant in his head without even looking at him*
And I bet both are veeeeeeery satisfying!

I prefer poetic justice to violence.
I want him to come crawling back to me for help, at which time I will airquote at him and say, "Ah yes, 'turians'."
Yeah, I tend to prefer beating someone at their own game. Seeing him come begging to me for help and getting the chance to be a smartass at him would be far more ultimately satisfying (I never punch al-Jilani either, the persuade options are so much more fun).
I really wanted a renegade interrupt to punch that jackass colonist on Horizon, though. Even my paragon has limits, and ragging on the Alliance and her possibly-dying-while-they-speak lover just for trying to help is one of them.

"Just doing his job", pfft.
He's not a jackass because he wouldn't believe Shepard about the Reapers. He's a jackass because he did it derisively, condescendingly, and scathingly, when he simply did not need to.
Remind me not to go near your Shepard... apparently he likes to punch people if they don't talk to him nicely.
I just said I didn't want violence.

And we all know when women say they don't want, they actually do. Speaking of that, ... I get scared of my Paragon FemShep

Jack, is my #1. Sure she has had a tough life, but that doesn't excuse some of her actions.
The Turian Councilor is the only person on the council I don't want to punch. I want to kill the bastard right after he comes face to face with Harbinger.

I like Jacob, I mean he has his moments. Thane's mission debriefing for example. For me the guy is more comic relief. That said on the subject of pawnching...

Nope, he was doing his job. News of the reapers and what they can do would cause panic. Panic causes riots. Riots cause chaos. Chaos leads to anarchy and anarchy means that when the reapers do show up, no one is focused enough to do their jobs.
What he says publicly and what he believes and prepares for in his job capacity are two completely different things. There is a case to say that he shouldn't publicly acknowledge the existance of the reapers, that is at least debatable. Although news of that gravity should really be made public IMO, especially at that technological level. However there is NO case to argue that he is doing his job well. He has hindered Shepard multiple times, he has poor judgment and is argumentative for the sake of it ie he will criticise your choice regardless of what choice you take. He has failed his people who will basically be saved by Shepard; or possibly not be.
I think he is a great charcater though. Steriotypes the bungling politician in an ammusing way. I don't want to punch him but I would enjoy saying I told you so via an "ah yes, the Reapers" moment.

Oh, that list is loooong:
Jacob for his Debrief with Thane.
Miranda for the Debrief with Jack
Miranda for her inappropriate attitude towards Jack in that one "discussion"
Zaeed for his Vendetta before Victims
Harbinger for each and everytime he ASSUMING DIRECT CONTROL
Wrex for not joining me in my fight (buddy punch though)
But to answer your original question:
I want to puch the Turian Councellor for every stupid comment he ever made, which up to now cumulates to a total of at least 4, rageful fists to the face, Vanguard Style!
to be fair, you can punch zaeed.

It would be great to have an "I told you so" moment, that ranged from a non-chalant "I said so" to an "I told you ****ers, but nooooooooo, what does the elite galactic operative with the team of highly trained specialists know?" and a "*facepunch* arrogant pricks"
Frankly, the Salarian Councilor and the Asari Councilor have appropriate reactions, the Turian Councilor is a jerkoff and a specieist

My Shepard has a secret crush on the Turian councilor. It's the way he does this inverted comma movement with his fingers. Sexy!
I want the Turian councilor as an LI in ME 3...
