Just a survey of my fellow Liara fans, Mass Effect fans, Dragon Age fans, Tali fans, Garrus fans, etc, etc, et al, et al.
What do you guys do in real life? I bet some of you are fathers, mothers, bankers, industrial engineers, soldiers, accountants, sales associates, self-declared survivalists, bums... etc. Tell me, I would love to hear about it.
Personally, I am a university student studying finance at a school very close to my home. I commute there every weekday when school is in session. Yeah, such an existence does precipitate much loneliness for me, but hey, that's why movies and video games are for! To develop para-social relationships with characters that touch us the most and give ourselves some comfort and distraction from our busy lives.
I also work as a grocery clerk at a grocery store not too far away from my home. I mostly cashier, but sometimes the supervisor has me bagging groceries from time to time. It doesn't pay much, but it does pay the bills at least.
Given my current status as a business school student, I guess a white collar job at a bank or some major corporation are in store for me, but who knows? I could go a different path.
Anyways, enough about me. How about you?
Fellow BioWare fans... What do you do in real life?

I am a quality assurance design analyst at a well-known Canadian videogame developer. in what little spare time i have, i play games (RPGs, videogames, miniatures), sing in a local a cappella group, help to run an annual science fiction festival, and write. And somewhere in there, I also hang out with friends and my girlfriend. it's a pretty full life.

I play drums in a death-metal band and own a non-profit company where I do vegan cooking classes. Also some Pilates, building a log house and lots of video gaming!
