Ah, no we each have mod powers for specific forums. I have no powers here in this one (nor does Beerfish). You can see the list of who has mod powers in various forums at the top of each forum group on the Forums listing page.

Lilith is more an "antiquarian" in classic terms. Lara is simply a plunderer and a robber.

For my part: I have done like a million different things; I used to be an archeologist, then I worked in archives and now, I do research related to mythology and religions.

Me, I am a student... I am presumably going to enter the field of game art and animation. Hopefully. If things work out.

I also RP. A lot. And play video games. A lot. And write. A lot. I also love cooking and food in general. I, alas, do not have any pets, but as soon as I get the chance, I am going to get a cat.  Yeah, I'm a house nerd. If I had the money to, I'd travel much, much more. I pick up languages in a natural environment pretty easily (also easily in classrooms, but that's sort of tedious - in their native location is best), so that wouldn't be a problem for me. As it is, I like world studies - literature and art especially. Cultures different from mine are fascinating and interesting.

My plan in life is to go from cubicle job to cubicle job. I will marry my cubicle neighbor, Cubicle Bob, outlive him, and take his money. Then I will buy a farm in Scotland, get some sheep, grow them nice and big.... the herd them south through England, ferry them across the ocean, and then herd them through the metro of NYC. Yes. That is what I shall do.

About the Author at Andarian.net.

I'm a computational scientist by profession with graduate degrees in physics and computer science. My job involves research in quantum information science, along with some widely varying project work in software and systems engineering. In my spare time I'm an amateur writer and CRPG modder, mainly working to develop the Sanctum of the Archmage project.

The difference between what you do and what art smugglers do is basicaly the knowledge of context.

Let´s say that you´re selling a historical Henry rifle from the Civil War. Yes, there are many of those (all of them expensive), but there was one, just one, that was gifted to president Lincoln. Was it different than the rest? No. Was it specially made for him? No. What makes it special is that it was gifted to Lincoln.

When an object is stripped of its context, you´re destroying a huge part of its real value. That´s something any good archeologist or any other specialist in material culture (antiquarians, curators, galerysts...) knows pretty well.

Oh; and I also do historical reenactment. Both as a Celtiberian warlord (and druid sometimes) and as a Varangian Guard of the Eastern Empire.

and only I get to caress your lovely beard.

I chose my way of living as a way not only to make money but as a way to protect and keep safe things many know don't exist.I have an extensive collection of confederate money, some uncirculated and I'm honestly looking into the acquisition of classic firearms. I'm working on my class 3 dealers license as this gurl loves a fine firearm almost as much as her bronze dragon collection by Boris VallejoImage IPB

I´m a german woman. In my vocational training, i´m programmer and bookkeeper. But now i´m working in our family business. It´s a very demanding and hard work. I have 3 childs, 20, 12 and 6. Sometimes very hard too...

I love playing games, because, it gives me the balance to job and family.

In my free time i love to paint with pencils, cooking and hear music from all genres, without german folk music.

Sorry for spelling and grammatic mistakes...i´m learning
