Try deleting the contents of My Documents\\Neverwinter Nights 2\\ui\\custom
If there is nothing there, then I would suggest re-naming your My Documents\\Neverwinter Nights 2 and starting the game in the OC. Go through the first conversation and exit the game, which will create a new My Documents\\Neverwinter Nights 2 folder. You can then copy back over anything you need from the old version of the folder you renamed.

Theres nothing there, I was using the Command thing in game and then My UI got screwed up and I tried that and it didn't work... And theres this Yellow thing that popped up and I can't click anywhere... Everytime I try and click It use you cannot use this item...
This is in SoZ If That helps.

Try hitting H, that closes/opens all your ui elements. Also I think in SoZ in the overland map you'd be missing some of your ui elements.

if you turned debugmode on in the console then you need to turn it back off with
debugmode 0
Triggers usually show up in yellow if debugmopde is left on.
