Well, today I was playing Mass Effect 2 when I notice the message "Activate Cerberus Network". I don't know what happen because I already had my Cerberus Network activated. What can I do? I have my Cerberus Network Card and an old log of the EA support when I change the EA Account associated with my gamertag (wrong account asociated to my gamertag):

So I can prove that I had a Cerberus Network.
