On Tuesday September 7 Witch Hunt, the next and final Dragon Age: Origins DLC goes on sale. This thread is for fans to post their feedback WITHOUT ANY STORY SPOILERS. This is a NO SPOILERS forum. People deliberately spoiling the fun of others will lose their posting privileges.

I cannot stress this enough, NO SPOILERS HERE. If you enjoy Witch Hunt and want to tell people why you liked it, fine. Use general phrases like "The ending was really good" NOT "At the end when Morrigan blah blah blah I almost cried" or whatever. Same thing if you don't like Witch Hunt. Saying "I wanted to have more X, Y, Z" is fine. Saying "I can't believe the bit where He 1,2,3's and she 3,4,5's! That makes no sense!"

Again, you can like or dislike Witch Hunt and give your opinions, but avoid spoilers. Posting how long it took you to play is NOT a spoiler. Posting thinsg you liked or disliked can be spoilers, so be careful waht you say.

We do not know exactly when Witch Hunt will be available on PC, Xbox Live or Playstation Home. I believe the plan is for the PC to go live around 10am tomorrow morning (yes we do everything Edmonton, or MST, time). I am sure some helpful person will say when it is available for download.

The ending SUCKED. There should have been more sex, violence and EXPLOSIONS.

Thanks for this!  I want to finish Awakenings before playing Witch Hunt, so I'll be living vicariously through people on this thread...

It was sad to end my adventures with Allistair, Leliana, and Morrigan.

DA:O was a game I was reluctant to finish.  The party was so well-rounded and those three characters were so likeable I was hoping they'd stick around for Dragon Age 2, 3, 4...

how long is witch hunt? im assuming it is not nearly as long as awakening, but is it at least a little meatier than say some of the earlier DLC?

If you have an Xbox 360 Elite and have a "fast pass" subscription, you can get it right now. If not, gotta wait until some time past 10:00 am (which is mentioned in the OP) for the PC version and presumably later for the other versions.

I hope that this DLC has all of the content and options which it deserves. Pursuing Morrigan, finding out what has become of her, and how your relaionship will evolve is pretty major stuff. Heck, many of us use to think this was the stuff DA2 would be made of.



Really hope it is not a rush job. We need lots of options and alternate endings here.

You can usually judge the quality of the content by the price they sell it for. ME 2 Shadow broker 800 points, DA 560 points. I expect Shadow Broker to be longer than witch hunt and provide more significant weapons and armor pieces. Witch hunt I expect to be, to tie the loose end and give u a new weapon and or armor when its over, 1.5 - 2 hrs tops.
