Restarted Steam, then restarted the game and it appeared for me.

I find it more productive not to stare at the loading screen percentages (despite instict and impatiance too). 

I find the loading screen updates are rather slow and sluggest more so than the actual download time itself. So get off the DA game watch some TV for 30 minutes and check back on it then. 

I mean evertime i log in it takes about a minute or two for to "update" and authorize all my downloaded content.
