God Bioware, get it together. Do you not realise how long we have been waiting to see the conclusion between the Warden and Morrigan- and you bug it up?

Not to mention the seven bucks that could be better spent elsewhere on products that work properly. A subway sandwich wouldn't tell me that I didn't do something, no sir.

More like a "be a bit careful of what you mention from the game", but I'm just a regular gamer on the forum =)

Well, as a female Dalish PC (xbox) who accepted the DR, I got no bugs and absolutely loved this! (especially all the hints for DA2 and the references to origin backstories.) That's despite Awakenings-style issues with my rogue not recognising traps...

I can certainly see that Morrigan romancers may be upset by the ending (though I guess they at least got more dialogue than I did), but the whole thing just left me excited for DA2 (and possibly 3).

Anyway, my two cents, for what they're worth.

Bugs aside i didn't experience it since i didn't romance her and i didn't import from Awakening which might have something to do with the bug. It was all pretty easy and short. Entertaining in ways and the boss battle was kinda cool. The ending was somewhat abrupt it seems interesting then it just ends before it tells you more. Felt almost half done like i was cut off as the plot thickens.

If you don't sit around and read everything, it could probably take less. You get full access to the first floor of the Circle of Magi, the basement of the Circle of Magi, the Elven ruins from the Dalish Origin, the Cadash Thaig from the Shale DLC and the Dragonbone Wastes from Awakening. You can also say the "Mother" chamber from Awakening too but that's just a 2 second walk.

To me (i havent played this dlc yet) they have rushed and made a mess of almost every dlc, they have yet to really give what the fans want, and its infuriating how this seems to be the last one to this story so we will never see the best of it, nor truly understand some of it

GAH! Are you kidding me?!?! I won't ruin what happened in the event that someone hasn't finished it, yet, BUT COME ON! That was it?! I will say one thing. My character went with Morrigan to wherever she was planning on going because he loves her, and I'm assuming that Dragon Age 2 will be the pick-up to this story line and finish it all off. Now, that's all well and good, but consequently, I'm a Marine and I will be spending the next 12 months, starting in January, in Afghanistan. I won't get to play DA2 or know what happens until 2012! This really sucks. Bioware, I love your stuff, but give me a break...

Many players imported a game in which they had accepted the DR, but Witch Hunt failed to recognize this.

Yeah I beat the scenario on Nightmare it was super easy.

Oh, I understand. Yeah, I didn't have that problem. My character knocked up Morrigan in the dark ritual, and it recognized all of it. I won't say anything, in the interest of those who have not finished it yet, but it would seem to me that, based off of the dialogue, everything was fine. I got lucky, I guess.

It was IMO the best DLC for DA:O... up to the grand finale... yeah, a bug that screws it all up...





Poor BioWare, a day full of fail... first ME 2 PC players get an empty file after downloading 1,5 gb and than the DA:O get a totally bugged ending.



My condolence, but at the same time I can't say I am really willing to understand that. I know, things can go wrong, those DLC ain't your priority as you are working on DA:2 and ME 3 and being forced to download the shadowbroaker once more and play it with some delay isn't that bad, but it puts you in such a bad light, dear Bioware. Such an obvious bug like the last conversation being the big finale, is simply very, very poor quality management.



Right now I am pretty sure that importing my warden after playing (and paying) all related DLC and Awakening will just lead to a "canon" Warden story at DA:2. Not such a big motivation...
