I'm curious if the mission is instantly available like the other DLC missions or if it doesn't become available until after you encounter Liara in the course of the main storyline

As i can see, the "technical issue" for Eastern Europe hasn't been solved. So much for hoping....

(anybody knows some way around it?)

EA Hungary said you have to download the EA Download Manager, log in to your account and through activation you can type your serial number and can download a digital english version for free.

And people complaining about BioWare not caring about PC users, what should we Central-Europeans say? :) We simply just ignored from the map... :P

Tudod, lényeg az "egyszerűség" :P elvégre fizettünk érte, no mindegy...

---

Just explaining my fellow country man how we're able to play this DLC in our region (hungarian version, but also affects Polish, Czech and Slovakian version, you know the "big void" on Europe's map... :P)

Has ANYONE been able to install it (32 bit or 64 bit), if so, please let us know!

I am on 32 bit XP, exe is missing icon and it just flickers exec. screen and then its off.

Incomplete prolly.

Its not working on 32 bit XP.

It worked on my 360 beautifully. Two great and unique boss battles, an actual car chase, and Shepard gets the girl... along with a lot of cool information.

It was an amazing addition to Mass Effect 2. I feel sorry for the PC players that are unable to enjoy it at this time.

My first reaction to reading the 64 bit issues was an out loud 'OH COME ON!!'

Think that sums it up. Seriously, months of preparation, and now most PC users can't even play it on release. I'm assuming there are two installers, one for 32bit systems and one for 64bit systems, and we've been given the 32bit one? Or is it a bugged installer?

Monochrome Wench wrote...

Just a technical note for people
about the 'error they get when using x64'. The error is occuring
because the file doesn't contain a valid 32bit OR 64bit Windows
executable header. Because it doesn't have a valid header, windows
assumes the executable must be intended for either Windows 16 or DOS,
neither of which is supported under x64 so it reports that
error.

In laymans terms, the whole installer is broken.

Now fix it, go.

My reaction when seeing what was on the terminals at the end (not really a spoiler because the achievements give them away): "Yes, yes, YES, YES, YES!" Then heavy breathing.

Ok guys.

I tested all usual Windows 7 tricks and also downloaded it 3 times.

It is definitely a bug. Maybe BW put the Xbox-Version to download for the PC.

I would recommend all with a slow or caped connection to wait until this matter is solved.

I'm getting the same problem as this guy. A terminal pops up and closes. I'm downloading it a second time but not sure if it will work. BTW I also run 32bit XP

Interesting thing is when checking the properties of this DLC and comparing it to others it is different. Under description Overlord and Kasumi say "ME2 installer" while LotSB says "ME2_ShadowBroker"  I have no idea if this is significant or not.
