The installer is BROKEN, REDOWNLOADING WILL NOT MAKE IT WORK.
Just wait untill they fix it and upload the fixed version, you're not going to die because the DLC is two hours late. Perhaps do something useful like, opening your administrative letters or doing your homework ?
