You cant, Bioware is aware of the problem, whole 1,5 GB DLC file is actualy null, its 1,5GB shell with nothing in it.

so, i started dowloading a while ago. its now dowloaded 900mb's at a steady rate of 200kb/s... Should i restart the download?

I hope they get a new file up soon. I've been looking forward to this DLC ever since they announced it.

Honestly I'm thinking this is an issue with the file servers and not the file itself, the servers are prob just outputting zeros in place of the actual data. This is why FTP & HTTP file transfer failz.

Stop the download and wait until Bioware people confirm it is working again. Otherwise your download will be 1,5 GB of nothing.
