I've now got this image of a tech guy at bioware promising his boss all day 'I'll upload the dlc! I'll upload it!'

Then 'accidentally' uploading a completely blank file since he couldn't be bothered to make the proper installer.

Don't worry guys, i'm sure he'll submit it tomorrow!

I just hope EA don't pickup on this.

"OMG, people are paying for empty files? Why didn't we think of that!"

Has anyone tried deleting the file in the Downloads folder (if you have win7 or Vista ofc)?
I can't. It says that it's open in another program :S

Mine deleted fine.

It seems the Shadow Broker has successfully backtraced my internet. :(

Just wish we would get a ETA on when they think they might get up the proper PC file. Would help me make a decision on whether I should give up and take a nap before work tonight and play tomorrow or stay up.

isn't this like the third time this happend?

Hey bioware, for mass effect 3 why don't you let Valve or Microsoft handle the PC DLC, actually works then.

I wonder if BW is reading this forum, eating some cookies and having a good laugh? I know i would be : )

Well, if they are, then I got two words for them.  I'm certain they can guess. It’s bad enough the file is corrupted, but to leave a broken file up is just beyond negligence.  It’s something I would expect EA to do.  Wait … do you think?

I know, I know.  It's like the old saying, "sh*t happens."  Well, there's another old saying.  Go to hell.

These kinds of mistakes are just unprofessional in all honesty. I mean your a professional game designing company. not some wanna be mod team releasing new content for your low graphic quality looking mod. Everyone here as the right to be angry that the DLC they paid the most for out off all the bioware DLC that exists doesn't work worth a ****. So anyone else that would like to tell us we shouldn't be pwning bioware in this forum topic should **** off.

Guess you're properly eff'd, friend. Bioware learned the hard way: Don't eff with the Shadow Broker.

Give them time, the less time they spend on the forums, talking to us, the more time, they have to correct the issue. I myself, am patient enough (Using this time, to farm minerals *grins*)

2 problems with this:

- Valve will release it on Valve time: DO NOT WANT

- Microsoft will release it early, but everything will be broken and 300 patches later it'll be ten times worse.

uhhh.... what if you're in mid-DL... have to leave? Once you buy DLC, you can re-download w.o. buying it again, right?

Yes. Once you buy the DLC, you bought the license so you only have to pay for it once.

Yes, you can redownload free of charge - you are not buying a download, you are buying a licence to use the downloaded files.

You should be able to re-download as often as you like for PC, not sure on the XBOX version, but I would assume the same thing applies.
