The download is broken - the whole file consists of zeros. Bioware is fixing the issue right now.

Ok, it's paid content people. If this was all free I'd say you're right, but when people pay for stuff, and a company posts trailers, screenshots, and ETAs, they need to back it up. That "sense of entitlement" isn't disrespectful, it's expected. And yes this company "redefined the genre" but all companies are held to some level of expectation, and in this case they have defintely failed. I'm sure they'll be back up to speed in the future, but for now they have to fix the here and now. The keys were a joke but some form of compensation would be nice, such as a reduced price on a future DLC or something reasonable. If they don't want to give it fine, it's just a pattern that's been weaved before by other companies of similar reputation.

1) BioWare have my money and have not given me anything in return.

2) BioWare cost me bandwidth costs, in terms of both contribution to my overall cap and time I could have been doing other things online.

While I agree people need to chill out - 'Sh!t happens' as a response to even the smallest and most insignificant of failures is as pointless a stance as one of abject rage.
