I was having trouble with the ea accounts and bioware accounts. And after long back and forth with EA supporting personnel, they said they have transferred my ME2 entitlement to this account.
Now my question is, how do I know if I have the content installed already? I can log into the Cerberus network, however I didn't see any new weapon available to me.
I am still at the starting of this game(recruited only 1 team member), what can I do to confirm the content?
How can I confirm if I already have the content of Cerberus Network?

Once you get to the part where you meet The Illusive Man for the first time, go to the armor terminal and see if you have at least the Cerberus Assault Armor available. As for the mission DLCs, those you'll have to wait until after Freedom's Progress. You should get the messages in the inbox relating to those extra missions.

Thanks Keelogee. I have been checking other related topics, is it true that I have to download sth. and install it manually for the Cerberus Network DLC? And I should be able to see it in "Registered Game promotion", is it correct?

Yep, that's correct. Unlike DA, ME2 doesn't have an auto-install capability for DLC.

Sounds like maybe the transfer didn't work out? You certainly should see them on the registered promos page if you're logged in with the authorized account.
