Bitter much? I find it kind of funny and ironic personally lol

If being bitter is acknowledging the facts, call me bitter mcbitterstein.

I honestly doubt youll get a dev to say anything of the sort until about a month before ME3s release, but LotSB most likely sends a pretty clear message about what to expect from Liara in ME3.

Id be worried if I were a fan of the other characters, because if it turns out to be true, and they are willing to do that to the only truly solid squadmate candidate, I doubt that leaves much hope for any other previous squadmates.

Also it was so awesome to finally meet and interact with another spectre, even if she was an assassin in the end haha

Shepard: Where?
Liara: The lower region. Near the bottom.
Shepard: I was talking about on the Asari body.
Liara: So was I.

Lmao!!!! I was cracking up!

I didn't laugh once in this DLC.

I take back what I said about the tactical advice being the best ambient conversation. The one about Omni-gel was definitely the best and funniest.

Yea...definately bitter lol.  Personally (other than the comic) I always thought that Liara's role was kind of secondary in the grand scheme of things.  Sure, she helped with recovering Sheps body but beyond that, she didnt do a whole hell of a lot.

Shepard: "Remember back when we could just slap omni-gel on everything?"

Liara: "That security upgrade upset ALOT of people"

Was pretty funny actually.

Shepard: What kind of weapons does this thing have?

Liara: It's a taxi. It has a fare meter

Shepard: Wonderful

And considering I used a femshep, Hale's sarcastic tone makes it 100% better.

The Hale vs. Meer stuff reminds me a lot of MST3K Joel vs. Mike stuff.

I know there are allot of liar fans out there and yeah it was good to see her back, but the story was lacking some what. And if you couldnt see the ending comming then you were blind. It was just all really dumbed down. Dont get me wrong there were some good point, just not very well done. Loved the taxi ride, but could have been done allot better and longer. And yeah its just my opionion but Overlord was so much better. But hey, I will still buy the next DLC, and hope for the best.

the Driving part was the only thing I didnt like about the DLC.  But not because I didnt like controlling the car (because I did ) but because of Liara's constant backseat driving drove me nearly insane Image IPB

Can someone list all the interrupts in the DLC and what happens using them?

I used the one after Azure to stop Liara and talk about our relationship but I don't remember any other interrupts.

I agree with you in a sense. The story for Overlord was far better and actually gave me chills. I kinda guessed the ending and it didn't matter, I still got chills.

However, I think overall this DLC is better. The conversations between Shep and Liara were some of the best of ME2, the voice acting (I've only done a femshep though) was good and the extra stuff in the information centre is amazing.

Haha I'm with you. I was on the mic to someone and they kept asking who I was telling to stfu with the backseat driving.

There is a paragon interrupt later on after you've dealt with the shadow broker but I missed it because it only appears for like half of a millisecond and then it disappears.

I don't recall any renegade interrupts at all actually, GG Bioware.

Once you kill the Shadow Broker's Assassin, there are at least three 3 consecutive Paragon interrupts with Liara. I don't remember seeing more interrupts thereafter.

So repost of a previous question, which sorta got eaten up by the thread.

With as few spoilers as possible...

In your opinion, for those that played it pre suicide mission, did it still fit into the game well, or would it seem like it would fit better post suicide mission. For those that did it post mission, same thing, did it fit well, or would it seem like it would fit better pre mission..

The empire thanks you for your responses

I kept grumbling to myself that she'd better be glad that I didnt have a Renegade Interrupt where I could pistol-whip her to shut her up Image IPB

It fits exceptionally well post-suicide mission. There is dialog with Liara that directly acknowledges the suicide mission and what happened with the Collectors. I think the dialog is different if played pre-suicide, though, which if is the case, then you can't go wrong either way.

Xbox or PC? It's not available yet for PC but if you have an Xbox, you can find it in the Downloads section on the Xbox dashboard. It's not been uploaded to the Cerberus network yet.

Yes, fits it very well. Liara mentions about going into the OM4 relay, so now im curious about the dialogue if i play it AFTER the suicide mission
