Well, Thane will finally get a fullly evolved Throw instead of crappy Shredder Ammo. This alone is worth the DLC lol.
+100
And Mordin finally gets a fully evolved passive. Zaeed also finally gets a fully evolved Concussive (Inferno Grenade's damage is a joke).

No, seriously. The Hammerhead blows up within five seconds of a stream of bullets whizzing past it about six yards that-a-way. I must have ran into three buildings and at least four proximity mines during the LotSB chase sequence and my cab didn't show so much as a dent.
Damn, yo, that taxi-cab is hardCORE, muthatruCKA.

I was somewhat disappointed with it, not necessarily the short length of it (honestly, I expected that, I automatically take Bioware time and divide it by 2 to keep my expectations in check) but the actual content. The DLC starting with today's and on are supposed to be bridges into 3, but it really didn't have a whole lot to do with the future other than the POSSIBILITY of Liara helping you in 3 by giving out information.
It was basically just fan service for Liara people and the wierdos who obsess over love interests. Very story-lite, like the rest of ME2. What was there outside of the story department was fun though, don't get me wrong. I enjoyed some of the dossiers, most specifically Legion's gamer stats
I totally agree its fan service and now maybe all the Liara fans can shut the hell up. they all whined like a bunch of cry babies about her role in ME 2 so instead of Bioware telling a story that connects ME 2 to ME 3 they decided to do stupid fan service the action was goo and Shepard beating the hell out of the Shadow Broker with his fist was cool but other than that it does nothing for the ME 2 storyline or connect to ME 3
Ahh, I disagree. We now have Liara in position as the Shadow Broker which will give Shepard a whole bunch of contacts and information available in Mass Effect 3. There was plenty of fan service, but it would have been a waste for a DLC to revolve around a specific fan favourite character and not pander to that audience
then Bioware should have kept their mouth shut about this being a bridge between ME 2 and 3 bullsh*t when all it really is stupid fan service. thats true but now maybe the Liara fans can STFU

Jacob's workout routine...Miranda's chat with her sister...Garrus's chat with sibling (sister?)...these are just a few of the things that make the periphery of this DLC great!
I have a feeling that the video of Jacob doing crunches is gonna ignite the second era of "Dem Abs".

We also have the introduction of an entirely new alien race. That's a possible connection to ME3 right there. If the Shadow Broker himself is any indication, they could play a significant role in ME3. Who knows? One of the major story locations might even be their homeworld.

That was fantastic. As was Kasumi's haikus about him. Teehee.
I got a nice little Thane love letter in his dossier for my femshep. Are there different things in there for other romances? Just curious what ya'll got, if anything.

Yeah, there are different ones. Like if you romanced Tali it says she downloaded movies called "Deciphering Human Body Language" (don't quote me on that) and "Human Romance and Courtship".

I actually got those in my game, and I was playing as a FemShep who was loyal to Liara. Either it's a bug, or Tali just has a thing for humans regardless of whether MaleShep romances her or not.

I had that in Tali's file too with my femshep. It kind of confused me. There was also some correspondence between Hackett and someone else referring to my femshep as "he."

Best thing about this DLC is the Shadow Brokers ship.. that baby just looks awesome!
What's even more awesome is the way Miranda's Slam becomes an instakill move when you're out on the hull. Enemies get blown off in the wind and struck by lightning as they fly off. Fun times.
I assume it works with Pull as well.

it could be a very small connection but they said this would start to bridge the game between the 2 games well then where is any of that at. like the one guy said this does nothing to add to the main story of the 2 games.

Might be a carry-over from when the wanted Tali to be a FemShep romance option. If I remember correctly, it is possible to tell Tali you are interested her as a FemShep but, instead of continuing, it is impossible to see the romance to it's conclusion.

Don't know about that one. I clearly remember the Hackett correspondence referring to my Shepard as a she.

I would love to comment positively on the DLC, but the only positive thing I can say is that BioWare uploaded a broken EXE of LotSB onto their website for PC users. Just a binary file full of zeros and ones, what a total Cerberus joke.
At least the DAO DLC does work, so I'll have something to do while I wait.

Not sure about the romances...just had a chance to play through with my "Loyal to Liara" character. Some of the info that you get from the dossiers is pretty telling - the info about Tali's recent purchases/searches/etc. is enlightening...Garrus using his position on the mission to secure care for his mother...anyone know if there is a way to clean up the audio portion of the videos you can watch...anyone else catch who our favorite Ilium bartendar had a picture of?
the one video of Anderson meeting with a Cerberus agent is telling and leads to my theory that the alliance and Cerberus are one in the same.

That's a bug. There was a version with the correct pronoun but unfortunately it doesn't look like it was properly triggered in-game. Apology to all the fem-sheps.
